How do I cancel an order?

If you placed an order that has not shipped from our facility, we can cancel and refund. 

If the order has shipped, you will need to return the order to us for a refund less shipping costs.

To do this, simply email us at service@dess-usa.com. 

Provide us the following:

  • Name
  • Email used to order
  • Order Number
  • Reason for cancellation

After the order has been canceled you will receive an email from service@dess-usa.com verifying cancelation.
