Shipping and Delivery
Unfortunately, there are times when packages are not delivered by the promised delivery time. We recommend waiting a few days prior to contacting us or Route Claims.
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. From that point forward, responsibility for the shipment rests with the customer and the shipping carrier.
DESS does not provide shipping cost refunds for shipments that are late or lost.
